Move:Feel: See wellness event is a multidisciplinary wellness experience combining pilates, yoga, meditation and panel discussion through movement & photography. Designed as a calm, inspiring gathering, this event invites participants to explore wellness as a form of creative expression and embodied awareness. The panel talk will explore wellness beyond traditional definitions. Light refreshment will be provided and a mini gift bag.
